Tour 2024「WAKE UP and REVOLT」

Luv PARADE, formed by TAKA (vocals), Karyu (guitar), ZERO (bass), and TSUKASA (drums), initially united as a session band during D'ESPAIRSRAY's tour in 2009. This is a session band that performed during the D'espairsRay PSYCHEDELIC PARADE tour in 2009. Up until now, Luv PARADE has predominantly been a cover band, putting their own twist on Western music arrangements in the style of Luv PARADE, as well as covering their own songs.

Regarding the key highlights of this tour and tonight's performance, they introduced the second original song, "MIDNIGHT SUN," along with new cover tracks such as "BORN" and "BRILLIANT" (originally by D'ESPAIRSRAY), as well as "Insomnia" by the Underneath, and "NEW WORLD" by BUG. The opening new song showcased a hard-hitting tune with remarkable explosive energy.

Regarding "NEW WORLD" , TAKA mentions that it's a song the four members performed around 12 years ago when they first took the stage as Luv PARADE, so strictly speaking, it's a new cover. This tour marks the first time Luv PARADE has performed it since their restart. The fact that this memorable first original song, which was part of that day's lineup, shares the same title is deeply moving, considering the journey they've undergone. The message of opening up a new world resonates strongly, indicating that it will undoubtedly remain a cornerstone for the band moving forward.

Regarding the future plans for Luv PARADE, it has been revealed that they will embark on a five-date tour titled "JOKER" scheduled for June 2024.
