Agreement to the processing of personal data
Is hereby made in accordance with Federal law No. 152-FZ "On personal data" dated 27.07.2006 freely their will and in their interest I Express my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data team Mesmika (next - the Operator).
Personal data - any information relating to an identified or identifiable on the basis of such information individual.
This Consent is issued for processing the following personal data:
- Nickname;
- Name;
- Name;
- A personal photo;
- The city
Phone;
- E-mail;
- Review
- Photos and content posted by me.
Consent is given to the Operator for performing the following actions with my personal data with use of automation and/or without the use of such funds: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing) usage, depersonalization, as well as the implementation of any other actions stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation as non-automated and automated methods.
The consent is given to the Operator for processing my personal data for the following purposes:
- providing me with the services/works;
in my address of the notification regarding the provided services/works;
- preparation and submission of responses to my queries.
in my address information, including advertising, events/the goods/the services/the works of the Operator.
This consent is valid until its revocation by sending a notice to the email address [email protected]. In case of withdrawal of my consent to the processing of personal data by the Operator may continue processing personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in clauses 2 – 11 of part 1 of article 6, paragraph 2 of article 10 and paragraph 2 of article 11 of the Federal law №152-FZ "On personal data" dated 27.06.2006 g.
