MGZAVREBI will make a presentation of the new album on November 25 in Ufa

The group is Mgzavrebi the new album under the name of GEO. This is the seventh album of the group, but the musicians distinguish it from the previous one, noting that GEO is a more Mature, bold and coherent musical work.

Mgzavrebi – for many, a symbol of modern musical culture of Georgia. Releasing albums, giving concerts and performing at major festivals, they reached out to the hearts of every listener. Loved them for the warmth and openness that is lacking in the residents of cities, and the sincerity and naked emotions, drive and uniqueness of sound. Although Mgzavrebi not so many songs in Russian, hall sings with them always. This is a Prime example that music has no language, but has a soul.

Since the release of the first album ten years have passed, but the frontman of the band Gigi Dedalamazishvili says that this seventh album they recorded as the first, with a clean slate, as if I just started writing songs. Musicians wanted to do something new, to start a new Chapter.

GEO has become less Georgian folklore: the leading party got the guitar, and panduri has gone by the wayside. In two songs there is a new group tools – chuniri and chibani, but in a very nontraditional sound.
