Thou — an American sludge metal band formed in the city of Baton Rouge (La) in 2005.

Style Thou is regarded as "experimental doom", Stoner metal and sludge metal. Allmusic critic Gregory Heaney stated that "the band's sound combines a trembling heaviness of doom with depressing atmosphere of black metal, giving the group a monolithic sound which at times creates a sense of inevitability".
