Florence Welch shares the “home version” of “Light as Love”

After "Light as Love" last week, Florence Welch was so overwhelmed with the support she has received from fans of Florence and the Machine, she decided to give everyone a special gift.

Following social distancing at home, she recorded an acoustic performance outtake with High Hope as 2018.

"Thank you for all your kind words about the song and for your support of the Society of intensive therapy, I tried to record a small home version for you x x" tweeted the singer of Florence and the Machine.

The song was released to raise money for the society of intensive care. The organization "provides care and support to the incredible doctors, nurses and medical workers who are on the front lines of this crisis."
