Group Jousnen Järved submitted a video for the song Valdan kajag in Vepsian language

In February, the group Jousnen Järved submitted a video for the song Valdan kajag from the new album on the Veps language.

The ethnomusicology ensemble Jousnen Järved ("Joussen Armed") was created by the Petrozavodsk producer and musician Peter Vasilyev in 2008. The ensemble performs songs in the style of world music on the Veps language. Music and lyrics the band compose themselves using folk material. The name of the ensemble translated from Vepsian means "Swan lake".
